These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sitenet HR platform (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Interpretation

References to “Client”, “User”, “You” refer to the organisation or individual accessing and using the Sitenet HR platform. References to “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Sitenet HR.

2. Use of the Service

  • The platform is provided exclusively for lawful business use related to HR management, compliance, and employee administration.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to UKVI compliance and data protection laws.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.
  • Unauthorised use, including copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission, is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Sitenet HR platform, including software, design, logos, and content, remain the property of Sitenet HR or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced or reused without express written permission.

5. Service Availability

We aim to ensure that the Service is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause downtime. We will endeavour to notify users in advance wherever possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitenet HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising under or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease, and you must cease all use of the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
